This is a wonderful heavens and boater’s paradise about 33 Kms ( 20 miles) from my house. Weekends specially in good weather is glorious to have it as your backyard, even in winter . Not to mention the whole of my beautiful Morbihan dept 56 in my lovely Bretagne, and in my belle France. I have take these pictures mix in with other posts and it should have a post of its own in my blog for you and me, Therefore , this is my take on the Halle aux Poissons of La Trinité sur Mer !!! Hope you enjoy the post as I.

Immerse yourself in La Trinité sur Mer for a weekend or more, and let yourself be told the thousand and one stories of all the lovers of the sea that the famous marina shelters. Renowned skippers, passionate oyster farmers, occasional boaters or seasoned fishermen, each plays with a pencil to offer the visitor a rich and colorful picture. La Trinité-sur-Mer, a colorful seaside resort!
Admire the port of La Trinité sur Mer on the heights of the Kerisper Bridge. Walk the mythical customs path and discover the breathtaking view of the port, the Kerisper bridge and the entrance to Quiberon Bay. Also visit the region’s oyster yards and enjoy a hearty seafood platter at one of the city’s restaurants. Another place I do frequent and buy when I visit really early is the fish market, all fressssh off the boats and very nicely and cleanly done, they can even cook it for you on the spot!!! Yummy seafood from Brittany, the best in France for sure. They are the Halle aux Poissons,by the Cours des Quais , open every mornings, from 8h30 to 12h30 and then reopen at 16h30, and another foody ,veggie, clothings type flea market that is on in summers only ,Foodies on Tuesdays and all types on Fridays mornings from 8h to 13h by the Place du Voulien continuing towards the rue du Douet. Right there is the Cruise terminal to outlying islands. My favorite merchant here is Bourbon Marée, the retail division presents a magnificent display every morning, featuring a product selection that changes with the seasons. They ;also offer custom seafood platters made to order. Whether steamed or cooked in foil, fish retains its protein content and provides the body with significant nutritional value. Superbe !!
