The Théâtre Palais des Glaces of Paris !!!

This is wonderful , eternal Paris ,and again glad found me a picture in my cd rom vault that should be in my blog for you and me. A magnificent theater in a frequent area by yours truly, romantic and quant, and the shows are popular in a historical building ,all worth it. Therefore, here is my take on the Théâtre Palais des Glaces of Paris !!! Hope you enjoy it as I.

The Théâtre Palais des Glaces is a performance venue built in 1876 at 37 rue du Faubourg-du-Temple, in the 10éme arrondissement of Paris. It is ideally located in a stone’s throw from the Place de la République. Its main hall offers three seating configurations: 270, 400, or 500 seats. The Petit Palais, meanwhile, has a capacity of 100 seats. Comfortably situated high up with a prime view of the stage, the box can accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy a mini-bar, a bottle of champagne, soft drinks, and appetizers throughout the performance. Power outlets are also available for charging your phones.

A bit of history I like tell us that it was Inaugurated in 1876 as the Boléro Star and primarily dedicated to popular music, the venue was quickly renamed Bijou Concert. Constantly shifting between music hall and theater, depending on management and bankruptcies, the venue was completely rebuilt in 1924 to become the Grand Cinéma du Palais des Glaces (Grand Cinema of the Ice Palace). In 1970, having abandoned cinema to return to music, the Palais des Glaces hosted artists such as Marcel Dadi, Touré Kunda, Nina Simone, and The Clash. In 1988, after the Palais had reverted to being a theater, producer Jimmy Lévy bought it and gradually transformed it into a comedy venue. The theater thus saw a new generation of French comedians grace its stage, such as Les Vamps (in 1989, 1991, and 1995), Pierre Palmade (1990), Jean-Marie Bigard (1992), Chevallier and Laspalès (1992), Patrick Timsit (1993), Marc Jolivet (1994), Élie and Dieudonné (1996), Gad Elmaleh (1997), and Éric and Ramzy (1998). Now dedicated to one-man shows and comedy, the Palais des Glaces was bought in the summer of 2002 by Jean-Pierre Bigard, the brother of French comedian Jean-Marie Bigard, who managed it until the summer of 2022. On July 4, 2022, the Palais des Glaces was taken over by Mickael Chétrit and David Boukhobza.

There , my parents born in Cuba met and later on I was born there too. 100% guanche (annexed Tenerife to Spain on April 10 ,1496). I left Cuba as many have to Madrid, Spain where I lived for 4 years. Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
