Curiosities of La Trinité sur Mer, part IV !!!

I take you back south of me to the coast of my beautiful Morbihan ! Let’s visit again La Trinité sur Mer ,a beautiful harbor town. This is boater’s heaven but will tell more, and more; just read my many posts on it in my blog . It is just about 33 km easy ride into the coast of the Gulf of Morbihan from my house, Let me tell you some curiosities of La Trinité sur Mer, part IV !!! Hope you enjoy this post as I.

The Kerisper Bridge joins Saint-Philibert (see posts) by crossing the river Crac’h. Originally, it was a steel bridge, designed by Gustave Eiffel and inaugurated in 1901. It was destroyed in 1944 by the Nazis and rebuilt between 1956 and 1958, in the form of an arc bridge of 203 meters long, Imposing indeed ! 

Immerse yourself in La Trinité sur Mer for a weekend or more, and let yourself be told the thousand and one stories of all the lovers of the sea that the famous marina shelters. Renowned skippers, passionate oyster farmers, occasional boaters or seasoned fishermen, each plays with a pencil to offer the visitor a rich and colorful picture. La Trinité-sur-Mer, a colorful seaside resort!

The Halle a Poissons,open every mornings, from 8h30 to 12h30 and then reopen at 16h30, and another foody ,veggie, clothings type flea market that is on in summers only ,Foodies on Tuesdays and all types on Fridays mornings from 8h to 13h by the Place du Voulien continuing towards the rue du Douet. Right there is the Cruise terminal to outlying islands.

If you love the sea and I do, and boating and I do and all related to the sea including scuba diving which I cannot do anymore, then you must come here. A must for the nautical incline. Enjoy La Trinité sur Mer or Trinity on the Sea.

There , my parents born in Cuba met and later on I was born there too. 100% guanche (annexed Tenerife to Spain on April 10 ,1496). I left Cuba as many have to Madrid, Spain where I lived for 4 years. Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
