I am back again on my local road warrior moods and decided to have a ride by the coast very close to my home. I have written on this town before, but again, found me older new pictures to the blog that should be in , me think,Do see my individual posts on them. Therefore, let me tell you about a trio of beauties in the curiosities of Pluneret !!! Hope you enjoy the post as I
First, the owners Lestrelin are the same for the Château de Kerisper and the Chapelle Sainte Avoye The castle is between the rivers of Auray and Bono at the spot call Kérisper belonging to the town of Pluneret. The castle has parts that date from the 14C. Bordered by a wooded forest on one side and by a river on the other, it is an enchanted setting. The castle alone is more than 1300 m² of living space. There is also the pavilion, the old chapel, the kennel, the well, the farm, the pond, and the park. It is a private property the owners lives there and only use for special events like marriages, no official web.

The Chapelle de Sainte-Avoye is located in the village of Sainte-Avoye, It has an emblematic bell tower and its Renaissance-style rood screen. It is a stately chapel built in the 16C by the Lestrelin family. The rood screen shows 12 saints on the nave side, and personalities characters on the choir side, entirely sculpted with characters, fantastic animals and decorations, It is an entirely sculpted polychrome Renaissance-style rood screen. In oak wood, it separates the choir from the nave and delimits the space reserved for the lords and the clergy at the choir from that reserved for the faithful on the nave.

Then, finally , apart , you have the Church Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul from the 19C, built on the site of a former 11C church in Gothic style, completed in 1885 by the construction of a square bell tower in the same style crowned with a beautiful spire, and also, modern stained glass windows. The church is 75 meters high in pink granite. Then in 1909, the clock was installed, The exact location is at Rue des Tilleuls.
