The plage de La Grève Blanche of Trégastel !!!

Let me take you back to  the neighboring dept 22 of the Côtes d’Armor in my lovely Bretagne of my belle France, We love to visit Trégastel , so much natural beauty and of course ,the beaches, I have found me again some pictures in my cd rom vaults that should be in my blog for you and me, Therefore, let me tell you on the plage de La Grève Blanche of Trégastel !!! Hope you enjoy it as I.

Trégastel is seaside resort, the population is multiplied by five in Summer season! One in two dwellings is a second home. Trégastel is located between Perros-Guirec(see post) and Pleumeur-Bodou (see post) on the Côte de Granit Rose or pink granite coast, 70 km from Saint-Brieuc (see post), and 11 km from Lannion (see post).

The town of Trégastel has 13 sandy beaches ! with varying orientations, accessible at all times. La Grève Blanche Beach and Coz-Pors Beach are supervised by lifeguards in July and August. A fine sandy beach, La Grève Blanche is a favorite with families. After swimming in the sea, you can choose between relaxing, walking along the Sentier des Douaniers or Customs Officers’ Path, or enjoying water sports at the Trégastel Nautical Club: dinghy sailing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. La Grève Blanche is one of the most beautiful beaches in the seaside resort. Located to the west of the town, this long sandy beach faces Île aux Lapins or Rabbit Island. There are a few small dunes along the beachfront. There is a small parking lot on the left. Note that you can reach Coz-Pors Beach via the Sentier des Douaniers, on the left of the beach, there’s a water sports center at the edge of Grève Rose. To get to this beach from the center of Trégastel, take Route de Poull Palud, then Rue Charles Le Goffic, then Avenue de la Grève Blanche. On the right, on the first street ,Roi Gradlon, there’s a small parking lot.

There , my parents born in Cuba met and later on I was born there too. 100% guanche (annexed Tenerife to Spain on April 10 ,1496). I left Cuba as many have to Madrid, Spain where I lived for 4 years. Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
