The Moulin de Kermaux of Carnac !!!

This was incomprenhesible a while back and after several trips and taking with the experts realise it is awesome, Not only me, Unesco just declare it a World Heritage Site ! The Alignments of Carnac are world famous ,and I am just 25 km pr 12 miles from them! I have written before on them plenty of detail and history so will concentrate on the newer picture found in my cd rom vault that should be in my blog for you and me, Therefore, here is my take on the Moulin de Kermaux of Carnac !!! Hope you enjoy it as I

The Moulin de Kermaux mill tower rises as a stone structure above the prehistoric landscape, offering panoramic views of the Carnac megaliths alignments. Locals and visitors gather at this vantage point to observe the winter solstice alignment of the ancient megaliths. From this vantage point, researchers conduct astronomical observations to study the relationship between megalithic stones and celestial movements. The tower is accessible daily from sunrise to sunset, allowing unobstructed views of the megalithic sites from its platform.

After touring the Kermario alignments, visit the Kermaux Mill. The stones are placed in descending order and each alignment ends on a megalithic stone circle, some more visible than others. 7000 years old, the megalithic alignments of Carnac are world famous and are one of the most important centers of European prehistory in existence. The singularity of the Carnac megaliths is their extrordinary alignments and their sheer numbers, this is the largest gathering of standing stones of this type in the world. The two main sites of Ménec and Kermario, alone account for nearly 3,000 menhirs, and the alignments extend over 6 km (almost 4 miles) !

Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
