The Chapelle de la Madeleine of Carnac !!!

I went in again into my cd rom vault and keep founding marvels to include in my blog for you and me, This is again Carnac in my beautiful Morbihan of my lovely Bretagne and in my belle France, I went deep this time into a hamlet part of the town to see this nice chapel , This is south of me 28 km, Let me tell you more of the Chapelle de la Madeleine of Carnac !!! Hope you enjoy the post as I.

The Chapelle de la Madeleine is located in the hamlet of Kerguéarec, part of the town of Carnac, The story goes that in 1475, three villages belonged to the Frairie de Penhoët: Kerguéno, Penhoët, and Kerguéarec . The chapel is located between the villages of Kerguéno and Kerguéarec. The Madeleine chapel is of modern construction and has replaced an older one. The current chapel was rebuilt in 1976.

The Chapelle de la Madeleine was initially a leprosery. Hence the isolation of the site, vestige of the time of the Crusades. You will discover the stone enclosure of the old cemetery, the rehabilitated Sainte-Madeleine fountain, whose source is sought to cure fever and skin diseases the exterior stone altar which allows the annual celebration of forgiveness in July, or the five stained glass windows.

There , my parents born in Cuba met and later on I was born there too. 100% guanche (annexed Tenerife to Spain on April 10 ,1496). I left Cuba as many have to Madrid, Spain where I lived for 4 years. Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
