During a stopover, discover a 20C city of Art and History and enjoy all the advantages of a dynamic center with numerous shops, restaurants and walks… Enjoy a navigation basin open to the Atlantic with the island of Groix as a backdrop and continue your discovery towards the maritime jewels of Belle-île, the small sea of Gâvres, the Glénans archipelago… Located in the center of the “Sailing Valley”, which from Brest to Vannes concentrates 75% of French nautical skills, the harbor of Lorient is also the ideal place for a technical stopover. There you will find a multitude of boating professionals able to meet your expectations.

The Pleasure Marina at 2 Bd Adolphe Pierre ,the outer harbor and the floating pontoons with a capacity of 373 places spread over the port of Lorient, in addition to the 880 meters of pontoons of the offshore racing pole fitted out on the site of the former Keroman submarine base, and reserved for racing, rental and passenger boats. There, is also, the Passenger port or gare maritime sailing cruises and ferries towards the islands of Groix and Belle-Île-en-Mer. A public service maritime link between Lorient and the island of Groix is operated by the company Océane from the facilities of the Lorient ferry terminal.
