Disney Village at Disneyland Paris, part II !!!

And indeed my boys convince me to be back. After so many trips to Walt Disney and Disneyland Paris, we were back. It was a special trip as the boys wanted to celebrate the birthday of my twin sons, We were back sadly this time just my 3 boys , myself and our dog Rex, we have lost 3, This time it seems we had more time and saw more attractions, it was magical indeed ! As their schedule goes we went first to Disney Village for sights and breakfast ! Therefore, let me tell you about Disney Village at Disneyland Paris,part II !!! Hope you enjoy it as we !!!

Disney Village, is a commercial and entertainment area located in the heart of Disneyland Paris. This area is placed between, on one side, the two theme parks, Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios, the TGV, RER and bus stations as well as the Disneyland Hotel; on the other, Lake Disney and five Disney hotels. Disney Village hosts many shops, restaurants and some entertainment.Shops, bars, restaurants and a nightclub will take you from Florida to California, from Chicago to New York, from the Wild West to the Hollywood dream. This unique party venue in Europe takes you from dawn until dusk in the middle of the night with concerts, street artists and entertainment. Dance the night away to crazy rhythms and the best hits from the last 30 years at Hurricanes nightclub. Throughout the year, there is a succession of music festivals and “live” concerts! There is something for everyone: from rock to country music, without forgetting Blues, Groove and Soul, the greatest artists regularly perform on the different stages of Disney® Village.No need to write the whole story , this place is very popular.

Some of the things to do, eat and shop here which we have done over the years are listed but not all available.  The PanoraMagique balloon which rises one hundred meters above the Disney Village, flight depending on the weather conditions. The Marina is right next to PanoraMagique. This place offers you the opportunity to ride a pedal boat or an electric boat on Lake Disney. The Gaumont Disney Village offers fifteen cinema rooms including an IMAX theater, and inside a Häagen Dazs ice cream parlor my boys devoured!  

One old timer we like is the Rainforest Cafe and its rainforest-themed shop .Also, New York Style Sandwiches, a restaurant offering sandwiches and other burgers. The Steakhouse is a Chicago-themed red meat specialty restaurant. Starbucks Coffee,and the Earl of Sandwich, a restaurant specializing in making sandwiches, The Royal Pub. One we attack heavily this year is the Annette’s Diner, a fast-food style coffee shop evoking the 1950s primarily Happy Days.Wonderful !!! Here we came for breakfast 15€ real American style plenty of food !! Then we came back for lunch next day 40€ with hula hoop menu including rock and roll burger ,hash brown potatoes, dream world cheesecake wash down with a Corona beer for me! Awesome !!

Art Gallery is a variation of the Disney Gallery concept, offering Disney works of art, Collectibles, resin and wood figurines, Lenox figurines (fine porcelain gilded with fine gold), posters, and even tableware chic. Lego Store is a store selling Lego items, Disney Store stocks Disney items offered in the World of Disney ,a vast 2,620 m2 store filled with various items on the Disney universe, next to the Gaumont Disney Village multiplex You be on the lookout for something coming up the Brasserie Rosalie schedule to open in December 2023, it is the former Café Mickey: a Disney Lakeside restaurant offering Italian cuisine, which closed and will become a 2-story French brasserie, for 500 places.

As you might know, the entrance to Disney Village is free and does not require a specific ticket. The opening hours of Disney Village stores are generally between 9h (some open at 10h) and midnight or 01h, for example the large World of Disney souvenir store, some close earlier, from 23h (Lego Store) or 23h30. The Disney Village restaurants open in the morning from 8h. if they serve breakfast, or 10h to 11h  for more traditional restaurants, while in the evening, they generally close between 23h and 01h.

There you go folks, another dandy magical trip to Disney. It is 20 in Orlando and 5 in Paris for me, will catch up eventually. As far as me, the one here has surpassed and is better, me think. There , my parents born in Cuba met and later on I was born there too. 100% guanche (annexed Tenerife to Spain on April 10 ,1496). I left Cuba as many have to Madrid, Spain where I lived for 4 years. Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
