Curiosities of Port du Crouesty, part I !!!

Again by Port du Crouesty, well this has become a routine if there were other places to see ! I took my boys and our dog Rex and went for it ,another road warrior trip in my beautiful Morbihan, of my lovely Bretagne and my belle France. This is the latest of today with new pictures around gorgeous Port du Crouesty of Arzon, Therefore, here is my take on curiosities of Port du Crouesty, part I !!! Hope you enjoy the post as I.

Les Buissons de Méaban is rocky terrain elevation above seal level is -9999 meters Méaban is an uninhabited islet located in Mor braz at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, and belongs to the town of Arzon. The island is uninhabited and is the place of an ornithological reserve. Méaban is a site of prime importance for the nesting of the black-backed gull, the brown gull and the crested cormorant. The sector of Méaban has a deposit of mussels, In 1803, the construction of a fort on Méaban was considered by Napoleon Bonaparte.

At Fogeo beach , there is room for everyone. And activities for all tastes. With its beach club, sailing school and clear waters, this long beach with striking color contrasts sometimes looks like a tropical bay. Those who prefer to indulge in minigolf or tennis will join the park of the same name, located just behind the beach.

The creation of the Quai des Voiliers boom or the construction of the Kroez er Gal car park and the Lenn Vihan roundabout. The dredging of the port will continue during the winter of 2023-2024. During this same period, road works will be carried out on rue Lenn Vihan. Finally, during the final period of work, scheduled for between November and May 2024-2025, the workers will be busy building the esplanade of the Place du Port or even creating the boat transfer route between the Redo area and the North-East part of the port. So enjoy it as it is now, it will be change.

The Route du Petit Mont is a street behind the housing on the port du Crouesty that leads you to the Cairn de Petit Mont where there is the nice Petit Mont car park. You can always walk down to the marina.

The Rue Cap des Horniers is a street that borders the marina of Port du Crouesty going all the way to the channel into the Bay of Quiberon , Along the marina you can actually walk all the way to the Cairn de Petit Mont. We parked on this street too !
