And indeed my boys convince me to be back, again. After so many trips lost count to the Orlando property and 6x times in Disneyland Paris. A bit short on personnel , two dear women and a great men missing, but we were back along with our dog Rex , and my 3 boys !!! Disneyland is always magical once in it and with family even better! Prepare for even more galactic excitement with Star Tours: The Adventures Continue  in Discoveryland. Rebels of all ages will board a Starspeeder 1000 and take off on a thrilling 3D voyage to stunning star systems and war-torn worlds, from Jakku and Hoth to Tatooine and even the dreaded Death Star.​ It takes passengers on a turbulent trip across the galaxy, as droids C-3PO and R2-D2 attempt to safely return a spy to the Rebel Alliance​

Loaded with state-of-the-art technology and over 70 mission combinations, this is an experience sure to thrill the most devout Jedi in the galaxy. Make your way through a bustling spaceport until you see C-3PO tinkering away on a Starspeeder 1000 amid a throng of projection screens and scanners. This is your transport to outer space. But before you can board, make sure you follow the instructions relayed on the departures announcement monitor overhead.

As you prepare for lift-off, a series of mishaps unwittingly causes your starship to launch and C-3PO to take control. To make matters worse, your transport is soon intercepted by Imperial Forces hunting Rebel spies. Fearing capture, C-3PO enters hyperspace and propels you on an unpredictable, frantic adventure to the farthest reaches of the galaxy and back. May the Force be with you.

Just as the Star Wars saga takes moviegoers to new worlds, Star Tours: The Adventures Continue features a constellation of storylines and interplanetary destinations that will immerse you in the Star Wars galaxy. And because the many story twists are random, you never know where you’ll go or who you’ll encounter along the way.​ Plunge through the underwater realms of Naboo, weave across the bustling city-planet of Coruscant, brave the infamous Death Star, and more. Cross paths with the likes of Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Princess Leia and heroes and villains from different times and locations in the Star Wars story.

The queue is designed to resemble a spaceport terminal: posters advertise voyages to different planets, and a large LCD screen informs riders of flight statuses, planetary weather forecasts, and advertisements promoting the benefits of booking flights with Star Tours. Two G2 droids interact with guests as they conduct their tasks. Guests then retrieve their 3-D “flight glasses” and are directed by a flight agent to six gates where they wait to board.

A very condense description of the ride follows : The StarSpeeder 1000 takes off, although C-3PO protests he is not the captain.The StarSpeeder 1000 then makes the jump to lightspeed.An Imperial probe droid attaches to the windshield and detects the presence of the Rebel spy on board the StarSpeeder 1000.After jumping to lightspeed, the StarSpeeder arrives at its primary destination: The StarSpeeder 1000 almost crash lands on Hoth amid a battle between the Rebels’ snowspeeders and Imperial AT-ATs.The StarSpeeder 1000 lands on Kashyyyk, as scout troopers riding on speeder bikes chase Chewbacca and a Wookiee warrior on an ornithopter through the lush forest.The StarSpeeder 1000 arrives on Jakku, where it follows the Millennium Falcon (piloted by either Finn or Rey) as it is pursued by First Order TIE fighters over the desert landscape. The StarSpeeder 1000 finds a way out and takes off into space. The StarSpeeder 1000 arrives in the Endor system and incurs a water landing on Kef Bir, riding the turbulent surf into the wreckage of the second Death Star. After a brief entanglement with a dianoga, the StarSpeeder 1000 manages to escape into space.The StarSpeeder 1000 arrives during the battle of Naboo. Naboo is under attack by the Trade Federation control ship armies After defeating the enemy, R2 does a barrel roll, and enters hyperspace once more, returning to the Star Tours terminal to make a haphazard landing.C-3PO thanks the guests for joining him and are then given disembarking instructions by Aly San San.

The Adventures Continue features locations and characters from all nine films of the Skywalker saga, The attraction opened on March 26, 2017 in Paris,The exteriors of all four Star Tours attractions are different in their respective parks. The attraction in Florida is inspired by an Ewok village on the forest moon of Endor, whereas the California, Japan, and France versions are modeled after a Tomorrowland-esque space port.

There you go folks, another dandy in my belle France. This park beyond even my expectations is the No 1 visited park in France and Europe!! We saw the world here and its just beginning to kick out!  Discoveryland is a must to visit ,again especially if with young children . We will be back, eventually !! Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
