The Maison Loo located at 48 rue de Courcelles in the 8éme arrondissement of Paris ,is a Chinese Pagoda that it is in no way a religious building, but simply the result of one man’s love for his country of origin , China , and his will to share it with his adopted country, France. Arriving in Paris in 1902, Ching Tsai Loo was a dazzlingly successful art dealer. He bought a private mansion built in 1880, in the classic French style, to carry out his activity there a few steps from Parc Monceau. The mansion is raised by 2 floors, the roof is rebuilt, and the entire building is painted red , A construction completed in 1926. It is now a private museum, which offers exhibitions and fairs throughout the year ,and even spaces that can be privatized. The only opportunities if you wish to discover the magnificent typical Chinese interior decoration of this pagoda. The official Galerie C.T. Loo & Cie is today the oldest gallery of Asian art in Paris and the only real Chinese house in Paris. A unique decoration of 600 m 2 of Asian arts.

The Avenue de Saxe is located in the 7éme and 15éme arrondissements of Paris. It begins at 3 Place de Fontenoy and ends at 100 Rue de Sèvres. Every Thursday and Saturday, from 8h to 14h, the open-air Breteuil Market takes place. It features merchants, artisans, and small producers of fresh French, Italian, and Lebanese produce. It takes its name from the Marshal of France Maurice de Saxe, titled Count of La Raute (1696-1710) and later Count of Saxe (1710-1750). He was Marshal General of the camps and armies of Louis XV. The road was laid out around 1780 and ceded by the State to the city under the law of March 19, 1838. The section located on the even-numbered side, between Place de Breteuil and Rue Pérignon, marked the boundary of the Grenelle slaughterhouses. Notable buildings: No. 2: UNESCO House. It is a three-story building in cut stone and yellow bricks, the facade of which is decorated with bas-reliefs as letters “RF” for French Republic, women sculpted in the middle of the arches and lion heads under the lintels of the first-floor windows.
