Curiosities of Da Nang !!!

So here I am reviewing with new text and new /old photos on my memorable trips to Vietnam. I was there several times, amazing trips and good cheers, new friends and continues. I have written before on Danang but here is a bit more on curiosities of Da Nang !!! Hope you enjoy the post as I.

At Da Nang we had a night stay across the beach at the Hotel Doan 27, 128 Trường Sa street (trade union hotel) nothing fancy ,it houses the army personnel when on manouvers,and then a tourist hotel the rest of the time, basic training, food for breakfast order before hand, and not that great chow; the beach across was great thus,and wonderful views from my room. Here again see the pictures as cannot find a webpage, the locals took me here , to get rid of me hahahaha!!! The best part is that next door there was a small cafe where I tasted the best coffee in Vietnam!!! again just in the corner of the hotel and sideways facing the beach I found a contact page in Vietnamese here: https://xn--vn-vi510229-oa-n-an-du-o-ng-27-a-na-ng-6vet.contact.page/

We did ate here , first at Tea house Viet Nam,  very nice clean place we had good soups here,and rices, with green and yellow tea and water, very cheap I was told my friends paid lol!  The name escapes me again !!! Then ,we move on to one very special, its a patio with buddha and hills decoration, terrace out and covered, very nice place and service, khong gian xua coffees!! Da Nang was a nice foodie stop.

Here in Da Nang, we went to the airport for our flight to Hanoi, very nice airport at Da Nang, notice this is a big tourist spot in Vietnam, and famous name from previous war. Webpage here: https://www.danangairportonline.com/

There are severail nice hôtels , casinos, and the rotating bridge as well as the famous dragon bridge that spurs fire at night Fridays and Saturdays. And a nice beach across from the hotel!

There are several nice pagodas , the best known is the Linh Ung pagoda on Son Tra peninsula is possibly the most famous as it hosts the highest Guanyin Statue in Vietnam. Standing on My Khe beach , you can see the giant white statue overlooking the Pacific ocean. It is considered as a symbol of Da Nang city. However, did not see this one. There are others such as Hoa Phuoc Pagoda, a shrine to worship Shakyamuni Buddha, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, is a beautiful temple with nuns who practice and take care to beautify the temple, so it is very clean and tidy. This shows the achievements of the cultivation and care of the nuns and nuns here. The one I saw was the Bao Minh Pagoda Chùa Bảo Minh, The temple is located on Pham Hung street, looks very dignified and quiet The design of the temple is very unique and ancient, bringing a sense of peace when coming to the temple.

 This was a road warrior trip and skipping long distance by air on Vietnam Airline. It gave the opportunity to get a quick glance at the country and for future trips better manage the relationships. The best way to mix business and pleasure and see a new country, Vietnam , and a new city Danang. Again, hope you enjoy the post on curiosities of Da Nang !!! as I.

There , my parents born in Cuba met and later on I was born there too. 100% guanche (annexed Tenerife to Spain on April 10 ,1496). I left Cuba as many have to Madrid, Spain where I lived for 4 years. Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
