The foodie in Loches !!!

We were back on my road warrior trails in the Loire valley, and this was a must stop again from home on the N165 , A11 , A85 on exit 11 to the D31 to D764 to D760 and our parking at place de Verdun,and we continue our tour ,and hunger stroke so look to eat , Loches is located in the Indre-et-Loire department 37, in the Centre-Val de Loire region of my belle France, Therefore, let me tell you more on the foodie in Loches !!! Bô – Bar  at 10 Rue Descartes a Bar – Beer bar with a wide selection of Belgian beers to enjoy with aperitif boards. It’s time to enjoy a delicious beer. This place offers a huge coffee among its drinks. A friendly staff awaits customers all year round. We happened to see it on our way to the castle and came back, glad we did, the owner is superbe dog lover our Rex was the king, Great Belgian beers indeed I had a Steen Brugge blonde delicious and cheesy bread board, They do events here often next was a sign language contest !! Indeed centrally located by the Church Saint Antoine and great we will be back eventually.

Since May 17, 2024, La Galerie des Givrés at 2 rue Descartes, corner of Place du Marché au blé and rue Descartes A boutique .specializing in artisanal ice creams and other refreshing treats: smoothies, bubble tea, milk shakes .Inside this new, unique store, around thirty flavors, We had our desserts here ices me a banana milkshake.

The Le Presbytère-Cité royale at 1 Rue Thomas Pactius, This was a former 17C presbytery, now with its garden and swimming pool, its view of the castle and the surrounding countryside, From the window of this restaurant, the view of Collegiate St. Ours is magnificent. A refine taste of French cuisine here for a rappel next time.

There , my parents born in Cuba met and later on I was born there too. 100% guanche (annexed Tenerife to Spain on April 10 ,1496). I left Cuba as many have to Madrid, Spain where I lived for 4 years. Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
