This town is located in the historical and cultural region of Alsace. Therefore, here is my take on this is Niedermorschwihr !!! Hope you enjoy the post as I.
I came by after having read and found it ! The Maison Ferber ,18 rue des Trois-Epis, Christine Ferber is a pastry, confectioner, chocolate maker, glacier, baker, and caterer, You will find good things in this shop dedicated to the products of the Maison Ferber…. Jams, chocolates and other sweets , This star (in Japan as in Colmar) is a night worker who chooses her fruit with love, selects the best black cherries, the most ripe oranges, the rare blueberries of the woods. Christine Ferber cooked in copper basins and imagines divine perfumes. I could not confirm read this address Au Relais des Trois Epis is closed but shows in her webpage as Maison Ferber, The official Maison Ferber : https://www.christineferber.com/

Some other things to see here with more time are the Saint-Gall Church, Chapel Saint-Wendelin and several houses on the sublime rue des Trois-Épis ,these are Maison de Vigneron (1619), 133 rue des Trois-Épis, Oriel (1562), 15 rue des Trois-Épis, Maison de Vigneron (1548), 16 rue des Trois-Épis ; Maison de Vigneron (16-17C), 124 rue des Trois-Épis, former house of the knights of Malta (1780), 80-81 rue des Trois-Épis ; and Former Auberge aux-Trois-Rois (17-18C), 135 rue des Trois-Épis.
The village is known as Morswilre in 1148, name appeared in a Pope bull. Later, in the 16C, the town was renamed Niedermorschwihr ; it belonged half to the Empire and half in the Habsburg. The story goes the Trois-Épis were born from a pilgrimage dedicated to the Virgin and founded in 1491: indeed, the Virgin would have appeared there for a blacksmith of Orbey, holding three ears of wheat with one hand, on the other a hailstone . The pilgrimage quickly resumed, after being interrupted by the Thirty Years War. A priory founded in 1651 was suppressed during the French revolution. The pilgrimage, however, still exists ! The village was decorated on November 11, 1948, with the Cross of War 1939-1945
