The Del Arte restaurantof Cholet !!!

I have come for a revisit and a bit more time to Cholet, in the Maine et Loire dept 49 of the Pays de la Loire region of my belle France.  We walk the streets and even move by car in the city with easy nice inexpensive parking, and several monuments of Cholet worth for more and will be back eventually, However, I was on my road warrior trails on my way home and was going to arrive late, so we stop on the road for some chow, and we pick an usual suspect, Therefore, let me tell you about the Del Arte restaurant of Cholet !!! Hope you enjoy the post as I.

It was a natural stop for late lunch as we were driving on the D160 tolls free towards Nantes and passed by the suburbs of Cholet by the ZAC de l’Ecuyère, Rue de l’Aubance, plenty of choices and we chose Del Arte, I had my Calabrese pizza with a bottle of Libbre Bardolino chiaretto rose 2023, nice with the pizza and had dessert pain perdu nutella ice cream on top, All very good, and my sons had different pizzas but same dessert ! Worth the stop on our road warrior trails !

A bit on Del Arte history, In 1995, the LE DUFF Group acquired the brand from the Accor Group, Pizza del Arte,(we started with them), and completely reorganized its new establishments with a view to developing the brand in France. In 2002, the LE DUFF Group turned to franchising to develop the Del Arte brand. 90% of Del Arte restaurants are now operated by franchisees. In 2010, it took the name Ristorante Del Arte, revisited its identity and modernized its logo. In 2016, the brand modernized the layout of its restaurants with the inauguration of a new generation of restaurants, called “Nevers”. In 2022, the brand modernized and innovated with the opening of a new restaurant concept, called “Sabry”, and its 3 consumption areas: Ristorante, Cafféritivo and A Casa. The new concept call Renata, has opened in City center Rennes by the Esplanade de Gaulle.

One of the positives of living in France, good food ,and nice Italian wine. The passing by Cholet made me think a return here is in the works again as not easy with an inmense reservoir of sites to be visited we have some as in previous posts,and we have a lot to go still!
