Curiosities of Amboise, part III !!!

And by the valley of the kings I am many times, and as found me older pictures that should be in my blog, here is more, I am about 4 hrs away from home, and come here for sights and wines (see post). Amboise is nice , and worth a detour indeed. Let me tell you about the curiosities of Amboise, part III !!! Hope you enjoy this post as I.

The Chateau du Clos Lucé-Parc Leonardo da Vinci is  where he lived his last 3 years of his life and worked on his passions furiously, you can see  his bedroom, kitchen, work cabinet, and beautiful rooms in brick and stone as well as a chapel. You will discover in its park about 40 wonderful machine inventions that he created such as the first airplane, submarine, auto, helicopter, tank, parachutes, etc. It is located in the heart of a 7-hectare park crossed by the Amasse stream , a small tributary of the Loire. On my very first visit to Amboise, way back… ,I stayed at the Novotel Amboise  located on a hill overlooking the city below with resto and pool and free parking. The road D431 pont du Maréchal Leclerc has a nice bridge over the Loire river I take each time for the lovely ride and grand entrance into City center Amboise ! And at night is sublime !! On either side of the Loire you have the road D952 and the D751 both marvelouis to take,

There , my parents born in Cuba met and later on I was born there too. 100% guanche (annexed Tenerife to Spain on April 10 ,1496). I left Cuba as many have to Madrid, Spain where I lived for 4 years. Then, move to Perth Amboy ,New Jersey USA (living there 13 yrs) ; where I completed high school, became a US Citizen, learned to drive a car, and learned English. Afterward, went to the university in Florida, ERAU, and upon graduation decided to moved there to Ormond by the Sea, near Daytona Beach, finally moving North Miami, then Hialeah, then another moved to Silver Lakes division in Miramar, Broward county, Florida; in Florida I lived a total of 18 years. Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great. It was time to seek frontiers again and moved to Brech near Auray, Morbihan in Brittany , and later move to not too far Pluvigner. Total so far in France has been 20 years, and counting.
