We are back to my dear Spain again !! love it !! We came by car of course and took time to see new areas and old repeat with some of them as introduction to my sons and our dog Rex ! I came into Valladolid after several years and it was sublime ! I like to continue my road warrior stories with Valladolid, Therefore, here is my take on the Teatro Lope de Vega of Valladolid !!! The City of Valladolid is in the province of Valladolid, in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y Léon, only 202 km from from Madrid. The María de Molina building is where the “offices” of the theater were formerly, which will become part of the 20 de Febrero building. Therefore, the space that will be empty in this room will recover so that it works as theater, film room, exhibition hall or concerts, although they can only host about 40 or 50 people, Access, will be on Calle de Molina as the previous case.

The 20 de Febrero building, this part is larger than the previous one. The proposal is to be the ambigu room of the Lope de Vega. That is, a space in which camera cycles, concerts and pedagogical activities are programmed in a more intimate and close format with the viewer. In addition, it will have a bar/cafeteria that, through a recycled structure, can be closed and unadverted. It will also have acoustic curtains that will allow space segmentation, adapting it spatially to the specific or required needs in each act. There will be dressing rooms on both the ground floor and on the first floor. In fact, on the ground floor a previous space of access to the artists will be created, close to the stage, since the old installation building will be demolished to create a new one that houses group and individual dressing rooms in sufficient number, comfort and space. This building will be accessed on Calle Veinte de Febrero, where there will be an area enabled for truck loading and downloading.

Finally , moved to France in 2003 ,Versailles call me for its royalty, and working in Paris was great.
