Continuing with the shopping/resto food posts, I like to share with you my best selection from my 18 years of living in Florida USA. An experience that I would never forget ,and last visited in 2009.
Shopping is a ritual, especially around the malls or shopping center. Its a way of life, social, dating, just having a good time all takes place while shopping under the Sunshine State of Florida. Some of the shopping is so near a beach a combination is sublime. Hours are usually from 10h to 21h some open at 9h and others closed at 20h. The hours are continuosly no closing for lunch as in Europe. All properties have heating and air conditioned housing. The only drawback is that public transportation is limited and the automobile is the way to go.
These are some of my favorites places, starting with malls aka shopping centers.

My regular all time wine stores were ABC or Crowns in Florida, I became a wine aficionado while working at an ABC store in Ormond Beach while my college years, and was in charge of stock and ordering the wine section. 725 South Yonge Street, Ormond Beach ,that is the US 1 highway near the intersection with Granada Blvd going to the beach about 6 miles. I did shop in their Aventura, Fl store at 16355 Biscayne blvd.. , so the overall webpage is http://www.abcfws.com/. Later on as I moved south, my interest turn to Crown a more French look and friendly folks which I entertain for years there, guided by able senior wine purchaser Chip Cassidy. My favorites stores were in the north Miami area at 12555 Biscayne blvd, North Miami ,33181 tel +001 305-892-9463. and the most frequented for wine tastings and shopping was at 1590 South Dixie highway, Coral Gables, 33146 tel +001 786-621-9463. webpage here http://www.crownwineandspirits.com/
